Job Duties
- Identify potential leads from our existing customer database and reach out to them through various channels, such as phone, email, or direct mail
- Use inbound and outbound lead generation techniques, such as cold calling, email marketing, and social media outreach, to acquire new accounts
- Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve or exceed quotas, such as identifying new sales opportunities or cross-selling to existing customers
- Attend trade shows and arrange appointment with new and existing customer
Requirements and skills
- At least 1 year of experience in sales in the fashion industry, specifically in wholesale and footwear.
- The ability to quickly learn and understand extensive product knowledge, including details about different fashion products, trends, and styles.
- Strong pitching and negotiation skills, including the ability to persuade potential customers and close deals.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to listen to customers, clearly explain product features and benefits, and address any concerns or objections.
- Tech-savviness and the ability to easily adapt to new systems and technology
Social Media Manager

About the Social Media Manager:
Cape Robbin is a fast fashion women's footwear and trend-driven brand, with business across with wholesale and retail. We partner with retails brands and strive to bring the colorful, comfort and unique products for our customers.
As the Social Media Manager, you will focus on our social media accounts includes Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok and Youtube. You will be identifying target customers, create content strategies and social media events like give away, plans for live stream events, outreach and collaborate with celebrities and influencers.
The goal for social media manager will increase our brand identity and exposure.
Job Duties
- Overseeing social media content, strategies, plans and execution to increase followers, conversions, engagements.
- Staying up-to-date posts on products and trends.
- Outreach to influencers or PR company for content, traffic referrals, brand collaborations
- Ensure plans and campaigns are executed successfully and meet critical KPIs.
- Analyze data, performance tracking, reports, campaign results and make recommendations to improve contents, ideas or plans.
- Deep understanding in Fashion industry and work with technical marketing, copy writer, content creators to share the same voice and build brand identities.
Requirements:
- 5+ years in a fashion industry with professional experience in wholesale, retail industry and e-commerce.
- A strong communication skills with business and influencers. Knowledge with KOL landscape.
- Have deep understanding in social media channels and insights.
- Highly self-motivated and adaptable, with ability to effectively prioritize, manage, and execute multiple projects in a fast-paced collaborative environment, while meeting tight deadlines and multi-tasking
- Have proven experience in cross functional leadership and with the ability to motivate other team members.
Creative Manager
About Creative Manager:
Cape Robbin is a women's footwear and trend-driven wholesale and retail brand. We strive to provide unique and colorful shoes for our customer. The Art Director, you will work in the Creative team to execute visual assets for marketing, e-mails, sales catalogs, ecommerce, and brand images.
We are looking for someone with fashion industry background and able to tell stories through the content created and improve our brand identity. You will also develop strategies to improve brand's look and feel and share the same voice with the teams.
Job Duties
- Oversee and set up plans for shooting concept, editorial planning, and production of photography on products.
- Responsible for the execution of set design, styling, composition, and lighting
- Partner with sales manager, brand managers to develop art direction and bring distinct brand identity through photography and video
- Create e-mail banners on schedule for customer retention, promotions, and new product launch.
- Product high quality of photo and video assets for social media, newsletters, digital ads, promotional banners.
- Support development of photo and video concepts before shoots, creating storyboards and shot lists.
- Create assets with an understanding of customer behaviors, sales history, new launch and fashion trend.
- Develop and measure department KPIs/metrics and give suggestions for improvements.
- Research competitive landscape and stay on top of trends.
- Guide, and provide constructive feedback to team members and other managers.
Requirements:
- 5+ years in a fashion industry with professional experience in wholesale, retail, e-commerce, advertising or other commercial photography and video environment
- A strong creative mind for design and visual storytelling.
- Have deep understanding in social media channels, digital marketing.
- engaging photo and video content with attention to detail and knowledge of best practices
- Hands-on photo studio and/or set production experience
- Highly self-motivated and adaptable, with ability to effectively prioritize, manage, and execute multiple projects in a fast-paced collaborative environment, while meeting tight deadlines and multi-tasking
- Have proven experience in cross functional leadership and with the ability to motivate other team members.
