TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
- Restocking charge: Any returned merchandise which does not meet the requirements of our return policy is subject to fifteen percent (I5%) or higher restocking charge. Any merchandise returned or exchanged must be approved by CAPE ROBBIN WHOLESALE
- No Refunds will Issued only Store Credit if item is defective & or Damaged merchandise is claimed after 7 days of receiving.
- All credits are used for next purchase, not allowed for cash refund.
- We request that all items returned be checked prior to shipping at your end. If we find that the problem is not our mistake, you will be responsible for Fees.
DISCOUNT CODES AND ANY PROMOTIONS CANNOT BE APPLIED TO SALE/DEAL ITEMS OR ANY OTHER SPECIAL OFFER.
In the situation that a product or shipping is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Cape Robbin Wholesale reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Cape Robbin reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Cape Robbin shall issue your account a refund . For incorrect Orders/Invoices Cape Robbin shall collect remaining balance on incorrect invoices to release shipments.
